Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 01 December 2025

1. Eligibility for Refund Refunds are considered only under the following:

• Cancellation request made before the announced cut-off date

• Duplicate payment

• Technical or billing errors


2. Non-Refundable Conditions Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event

• No-show participants

• Last-minute registrations

• Processing, convenience or administrative fees


3. Refund Processing Time Approved refunds take 7–14 working days depending on your bank or payment partner.


4. Event Cancellation by Organisers If SIMULCON cancels or postpones an event:

• A full refund will be issued, OR

• Registration may be transferred to a future event at no extra cost.


5. How to Request a Refund Email the following details to info@shsindia.in :

• Full name

• Registered email ID

• Transaction ID / payment receipt

• Reason for refund

• Supporting documents (if any)


6. Dispute Resolution If you believe your refund request was unfairly rejected, you may escalate by contacting hello@simulcon.org Your request will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.


7. Policy Updates This Refund Policy may be updated anytime. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date.
